Preorder Policy

Our store offers products in preorder mode, which means that items can be reserved before their official release. By making such a purchase, the customer expressly accepts the following conditions:
1. Nature of preorders
A preorder consists of the reservation and advance purchase of a product that is not yet available on the market.
Release dates are always approximate and depend on manufacturers, distributors, and publishers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date until we receive the product in our warehouse.
2. Shipping times
Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be prepared and shipped to the customer within 2 business days.
If the order includes preorder items and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the preorder material arrives, unless the customer requests a separate shipment (which may incur an additional cost).
3. Delays and date changes
Delays in the release date are the responsibility of the manufacturers and distributors, and are entirely out of our control.
In case a product is delayed, the order will remain valid and will be shipped as soon as it is available.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations or returns of preorder products are not accepted, unless the publisher/manufacturer definitively cancels the product's release.
In that case, the amount will be fully refunded to the customer.
If the customer wishes to cancel a mixed order (with preorder + in-stock items), they can only request a refund for the in-stock items, provided they have not been shipped.
5. Reservation guarantee
All preorder products are ordered directly from the distributor at the time of the customer's purchase, which ensures their reservation.
In case the distributor delivers fewer units than requested and we cannot fulfill all reservations, they will be processed in order of purchase, and the corresponding amount will be refunded for orders that we cannot fulfill.
6. Language and edition
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they are purchasing the product in the desired language and edition. This information is clearly specified in the description of each preorder (e.g., "Spanish edition").
Claims for language/edition confusion will not be accepted if it was correctly indicated on the product page.
